Golden Ticket Promotion Terms and Conditions

1.The promoter is Leonard Enterprises Pty Ltd (ACN 614 989 678) trading as Breeze Balm (Promoter).

2.This promotion is conducted in accordance with applicable Australian state and territory trade promotion lottery legislation, including the Lotteries Act 2019 (SA), the Gambling and Racing Control Act 1999 (ACT), and equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions. Permits and licences have been obtained in the following jurisdictions: ACT permit number: ACT TP 26/01725; SA licence number: T26/1334. This promotion is not open to residents of any state or territory where a required permit or licence has not been obtained.

 

3.The promotion period commences at 5:00pm AEST on 30 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 6 August 2026 (Promotion Period).

 

4.Information on prizes and how to enter this promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry (Terms and Conditions). By entering this promotion, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions.

 

5.Entry to this promotion is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, excluding residents of any state or territory where a required permit or licence has not been obtained. Entry is not open to:

 

a.employees (or their immediate family members) of the Promoter or its related companies, or any person involved in conducting the promotion or determining winners; or

b.residents of New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States or any other country outside Australia.

 

6.Entry is via the purchase of a Breeze Balm lip balm product at its normal retail price during the Promotion Period. No separate or additional fee is payable to enter this promotion.

 

7.The Promoter will insert Golden Ticket lip balms at random into product orders prior to dispatch.

 

8.A customer who receives a Golden Ticket lip balm will receive a unique code (Winner Code). The winner may access a dedicated winner landing page via the Promoter’s website (www.breezebalm.com or such other URL as notified by the Promoter) using the Winner Code.

 

9.On the landing page, the winner may select one (1) prize from the available prize pool. Prizes are allocated on a first in, best dressed basis. Prize selection is subject to availability at the time the winner accesses the landing page. The Promoter does not guarantee that any specific prize will remain available at the time a winner accesses the landing page.

 

10.The total prize pool is valued at AUD $8,276.99 (inclusive of GST). The total prize pool reflects the realistic retail value of the prizes.

 

11.The prizes available are:

 

a.1 x Sage Green iPhone 17 256GB valued at $1,399.00;

b.1 x Apple Headphones valued at $999.00;

c.1 x American Tourister 2pc Suitcase Set (White) valued at $493.00;

12.Winners will be notified in writing (via email or post to the contact details provided) within a reasonable time of being determined as a winner.

 

13.No tobacco products are included as prizes in this promotion. If any prize includes alcohol, that prize may only be claimed by a winner who is aged 18 years or over at the time of claiming the prize, and the winner acknowledges that alcohol should be consumed responsibly and in accordance with applicable liquor laws.

 

14.If a Golden Ticket holder does not access the landing page and select a prize within twenty-eight (28) days of the date of dispatch of the Golden Ticket product (Claim Period), the prize will be forfeited. An unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on 10 September 2026 at the Promoter’s premises using a random number generator. The unclaimed prize draw will be drawn from all eligible customers who made a qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period. The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified in writing within a reasonable time of the draw.

 

15.The Promoter will retain records of this promotion (including entries and receipts) for the minimum period required under applicable state and territory regulations.

 

16.Unless expressly stated, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize and may wish to seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of the prize.

 

17.If any prize is unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.

 

18.Prizes are not redeemable for cash, credit or product and no exchanges are offered. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize (or part thereof).

 

19.The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

 

20.As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner will be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.

 

21.Please allow up to twenty-eight (28) days for delivery of prizes from the date the winner selects their prize. Prizes will be sent to the delivery address provided by the winner. The Promoter and prize suppliers take no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in transit.

 

22.Each entrant’s personal information (PI) is collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this promotion and notify winners. The PI of winners may be provided to third parties who are assisting the Promoter, including prize suppliers, deliverers and authorities that regulate promotions. Entrants who fail to provide all requested PI may be determined by the Promoter, at its sole discretion, to be ineligible to win a prize. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

 

23.The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the Promoter’s website (www.breezebalm.com).

 

24.The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, corruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer networks and systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination of them, including any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion.

 

25.The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

 

26.If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper, safe and legal conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any directions from the relevant state or territory regulatory authority.

 

27.In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, pandemics, epidemics, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest or strikes, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions at a later date, or if this is not reasonable or possible, it may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any directions from the relevant state or territory regulatory authority.

 

28.These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of their state or territory of residence.
